22nd Dec 2010: I paid £95 to have Jinnylashes applied, also bought the conditoning treatments as recommended. It is suggested that these lashes will last approx 5-6 weeks with a free infill given within the first 2 weeks, thereafter it is £35 for infills. After just 8 days, I had one eye with only 2 lashes remaining and the other eye had just a few more. On the 10th day, a Monday I returned to the salon to let them see. The therapist offered me a goodwill gesture of a facial and we discussed having my £95 credited to my account to be used for alternative treatments. I was then told that this would need to be confirmed by the salon owner Louanne. Over the next 2 days, I received calls from the salon offering me half my money back as I had already used £40 towards a facial!! I told them this wasn't acceptable and left my number for Louanne to call. After another 2 days she did finally call - she implied it was down to my own neglect that this has happened and that she wasn't prepared to offer anything further than the return of half my money. Discussions lasted about 10 mins with my trying to talk about customer care, I felt they should at least do the treatment again or carry the £95 over as I was so disappointed. This salon and it's owner has scant regard for it's clients and the service I received was certainly not what I paid for! Very unhappy, very poor service and most unprofessional!
